Westminster City Council is a Central London Local Authority responsible for providing public Services to about 220,000 residents. The Children’s Services Department is responsible for all educational needs of the population.

The Community Partnerships team provides a range of services to schools that involve employers, NGOs and the community to the raising of pupil achievement, the development of pupils’ personal and social skills and an awareness of the world of work. We are both the local Education Business Partnership and the focus for the development of Study Support. The team’s core responsibility within the council is to build partnerships and attract external funds and develop and run a large number of projects both on and off curriculum in partnership with schools, employers and voluntary organisations.
