The Cracow Centre of the Improvement of Educational Personnel conducts trainings for teachers and other school workers in the fields of educational organization and improvement of professional qualifications. It is a private institution but comes under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education.

KCDKO focuses on teacher’s education and the implementation of innovative practices. Our courses include:
- students motivation
- student – teacher relationships
- professional consulting
- communication & negotiation
- bullying at school – prevention

Our activities include:
- analysis of educational needs
- preparation of the course frameworks
- development and design of training courses
- dissemination
- evaluation
- partner’s meetings
- organizing conferences and seminars

Since October 2006 KCDKO has been a partner in the project Leonardo da Vinci “Comparative analysis on the methods successfully applied in the fight against bullying: training of trainers”.

The Cracow Centre of the Improvement of Educational Personnel is a part of Cracow Center of Management and Administration Ltd. Co., the company that offers outsourcing services adapted to specialized needs of other businesses.
The fields of activity: economic and administrative, consulting, staff and financial service, accounting.
